Are you interested in serving on either the Plan Commission or Marshall County Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors? If so, there is an opening on each and the deadline for applications is today (Thursday, June 9) at 4 p.m.
The applicant for the Plan Commission should be a Democrat, Independent, or Libertarian in order to keep the commission politically balanced. The term runs through 12/31/2023.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC)
There also is an opening for Culver’s appointment to the board of directors for Marshall County Economic Development Corporation. This term runs through December 31, 2021. Unlike the Plan Commission, party affiliation is not a consideration for this appointment.

Culver will host Town Wide Garage Sales in conjunction with the Lions Club Estate Sale next week, Thursday, July 16 through Saturday, July 18. If you will host a garage sale and want to be included on the map we will distribute locally as well as online, please get your information (name, address, days of sale, general descriptions of items for sale) to firstname.lastname@example.org (or call Town Hall at 574.842.3140) no later than 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 15. The map will be available Wednesday at First National Bank of Monterey, Osborn’s Mini-Mart, Good-to-Go, and Town Hall as well as on our website and Facebook pages.
