PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

That a petition has been filed by Mr. James E. Easterday, Attorney on behalf of Eric M. Smith, Trustee, to approve variance of development standards to allow rebuilding and construction of an accessory boathouse/storage with side yard of 3 ft and height of 10 ft from foundation, from ordinance requirements of 10 ft and 2.5 ft, in the front yard (lakeside) of a lot owned by applicant.  The address of the property is 954 W. Shore Dr, Culver, Indiana 46511.  The Legal description is:  Lot B of Smiths Family West Shore Replat, being a Replat of Lots 1,2,3,4 & 5 in Rochester Club Grounds, in Section 21, Township 32 N, Range 1 E, Town of Culver, Marshall County, Indiana.

Copy of this notice has been sent to the petitioner and to the owners of property affected by the petition.

A hearing upon this petition will be held in the Municipal Building, 200 East Washington Street, Culver, Indiana, at which time, you may appear either in person, present in writing, be represented by agent, or by attorney, and present any reasons which you may have to the granting or denying of this petition.

You are requested to prepare your case, in detail, and present all evidence relating to this petition at the time of the scheduled hearing.
