On Friday, November 13, the Culver Town Council declared a public health emergency and updated public and staff guidelines related to COVID-19, effective Monday, November 15.  Event requirements will follow state guidelines, and all public meetings will be restricted to staff, elected and appointed officials, and petitioners only.  Members of the public who would like to participate are asked to join the meetings online via Microsoft Teams or call in by phone only.  Town hall offices will be open by appointment only until further notice, with the utility drop-box in the police lobby remaining open 24/7 for utility payments.  Full details are available here:
